Default shipping option is Signature Priority via USPS (2 – 8 business days). A $10 flat shipping fee will be added to all orders which includes signature confirmation as well as insurance (up to $100 value).

Signature Confirmation

Pipe Dreams Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders marked as “Delivered” by USPS will not be refunded or replaced. USPS Signature Confirmation is included for all orders and must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older who is also the cardholder.

Tracking Numbers

Packages are sent by USPS. A USPS tracking number will be emailed after the product is shipped. It is your responsibility to track your package. Email and text updates are available through the USPS tracking page – simply track your package and sign up for alerts.  Pipe Dreams Company will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been marked as delivered by USPS. only ships within the U.S.A. does not offer shipping to third parties as gifts or otherwise. We are only able to ship our product(s) to those who have purchased it and agreed to our terms and conditions. Therefore we will only ship to the credit card holder’s name.

Returns accepts returns on un-used products. If the product has been used, we cannot accept a return. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used.  Please inspect all items prior to use, once used they cannot be returned for any reason. No exceptions.

A return claim must be filed within five (5) days of the delivery date if you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure that it does not break on the way back to us.  We recommend all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you chose not to purchase insurance and your shipment is damaged, cannot offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved for re-stocking, a full refund for the purchase price, less a 3% deduction for credit card processing, will be issued. If you are returning an item due to preference and not an error (wrong product/DOA/piece missing) and you received free shipping, you will receive a refund equal to the full purchase amount minus the cost of shipping and 3% credit card processing fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
